Q: How should I prepare for your visit?
A: The most we ask is that you spend a little time thinking about your goals and priorities for getting organized. Think about what being organized means to you, and what you hope to achieve as a result. This clarity will make our time together more effective, which will ultimately save you money. Please don't tidy or shop. Seeing things in their natural state will only help us help you, as hard as that may be to swallow. As for all those irresistible organizing containers and gadgets, hold off until we determine what you really need. Again, our goal is to save you money.
Q: What if I'm embarrassed or ashamed for you to see how disorganized I am?
A: You're not alone. As professional organizers, it is our job and our passion to help people change old habits and we really do see it all. We take our promise to provide confidential and non-judgmental service very seriously. Besides that, we're human, and we understand.
