Professional Organizer & Productivity Consultant
Dana joined the Simply Placed team in 2019. She has always had a passion for systems and organization, which she has turned into a career for herself beginning with a master’s degree in industrial engineering from Montana State University. Industrial engineering encapsulates the science of efficiency and productivity, knowledge she integrates into all levels of both her personal and professional life as a Professional Organizer and Productivity Consultant with Simply Placed.
Dana has a broad background in process improvement, project management, information architecture, cognitive psychology, and user experience research and design. She loves to creatively solve problems by implementing efficient, user-friendly systems. Dana emphasizes empathetic customer relations and user-centered design in all of her work. Her favorite part about being a consultant is getting to utilize all her skills in order to connect with clients to develop and implement optimal solutions based on a deep understanding of their personalized wants and needs.
In her free time, Dana enjoys traveling around the Pacific Northwest in search of fun skate parks and new thrift stores. She loves to rework, style, and sell clothes online, as well as read, watch documentaries, and listen to podcasts about topics like technology, psychology, design, and minimalism.
