Increasing Productivity with Organized Systems and Habits

Motivation gets you started; habit keeps you going

How motivated are you to keep a new habit going?

Some people say that it takes 30 days to form a new habit. That means if you made a New Year’s resolution or set goals that include incorporating a new habit, it should start getting a lot easier! However, if you feel like you need a nudge to stick to your resolution or habit, you’re not alone.

Start with day 1

Creating new habits takes focus, time and patience. How long it takes to form a particular habit doesn’t really matter that much. The best way to be successful is to just start at Day 1 and celebrate your success each day. Make sure that your environment supports your current goals and direction, and stay focused on setting yourself up for success. Reward yourself for your progress and support someone you know who is trying to stick to a new habit. Accountability will help both of you to be more successful!

Habits make you more productive

Systems and habits help you stay motivated, organized, and be as productive as you can. They help you to stay focused on high priority tasks so you get more of the important things done in the time you have. Habits can help you to increase revenue, save time and reduce stress. They make work (and life!) easier.

If your habits could use a tune-up, contact us to learn more about how our Professional Organizers and Productivity Consultants can help you develop productive habits and organized systems.
