I found the Pro Flowers site easy to use and was able to make great selections. One tip: Beware of the delivery fee, some items are packaged individually and delivered individually, even if they are going to the same address on the same day. This is especially true if you are purchasing food items. You will be charged a delivery fee and a care and handling fee for each item. This both surprised and disappointed me, since I was ordering from one site, and wanted the two items delivered as one gift at the same time. Upon calling customer service to see if the delivery fee of $12.99 that appeared twice on my order (of two items) was a mistake, I learned that it was not, it was just how they needed to do this order and any others containing food items. I decided to proceed with the order anyway, but it is something to consider if you choose to try this site out for your gift purchasing needs.
