The family car usually looks like you live in it. It contains everything your family needs to make it through school, activities, work,  meals and more. The family car can easily become filled with “stuff.” Follow our tips to make your family’s car organized and safe.

1. Only keep necessary items in the drivers area like maps or a GPS. Keep everything else clear so you can drive safely and comfortably.

2. Get a car trash container. Find a small bag or waste bin for your car and dump it out each time to go to the gas station to fill up.

3. Plastic storage bins can do wonders. Get a few to keep snacks, essential supplies, toys for long car trips and emergency umbrellas for that sudden downpour. The bins keep small items contained and organized.
