Our Very Own Sharon Stone

A while back, we welcomed Jessica Raab as a new Simply Placed Professional Organizer. Jessica has been doing a great job working with Simply Placed clients over the past couple of months and is getting rave reviews on the results she’s helping them achieve.

Though she’s been working with Simply Placed for a while now, its our pleasure to formally introduce Sharon Stone as another team member. As an employee of Simply Placed, Sharon contributes her organizing experience, her positive attitude, her creative ideas, and her strong work ethic.

A professional educator and a life-long “helper,” Sharon has always enjoyed working with others to help them achieve their goals. Raised by her grandmother, Sharon found herself using her helpful nature more and more, as her grandmother – and her elderly friends – needed an increasing amount of care.  Sharon was priveledged to assist this group with a variety of tasks including  downsizing for moves, aiding understanding with complex medical issues and remodel project management.

In 2007, an old family friend passed away suddenly, and Sharon stepped in to help settle the estate. After months of sorting through the plethora of important documents and a lifetime of personal possessions, Sharon decided to marry her helping nature and her desire to bring order to chaos, and became a professional organizer.

Sharon brings enthusiasm, encouragement, and energy to our clients and their projects.   She loves the diversity of our clientele, as well as the challenge of finding the right system, or idea, for each person.  In particular, she delights in taking the “overwhelm” out of big projects and out-of-control spaces, thereby allowing people to get their things and spaces in order, so as to get on with the real business of life: spending time and energy enjoying family and friends!

In other phases of her career, Sharon has worked in customer care in university and hotel settings, and, in addition to organizing, also provides medical information to cancer patients and their families.  She is a member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), the Seattle Chapter of NAPO, has an MEd in Adult Education and Training, and is a very proud and active “fairy godmother” to nine children.

She truly enjoys teaching people new skills to help them move forward with their organizational goals. Clients love that she’s skilled, patient, compassionate and fun to work with.

Welcome aboard Sharon!
