- 2-hour, in-person consultation – your office (travel fee may apply) or Issaquah or Fall City, WA location (bring your laptop)
- Resource sheet and implementation/reminder cards
- Homework and accountability built-in so that you make progress and create habits that stick
- One-hour “Zoom” or in-person follow-up session
- Up to 30-minutes of additional follow-up email, phone or Zoom support
