Executive VIP Experience

Our Executive VIP Experience is our white-glove intensive that provides effective and rapid results for executives and managers seeking a higher level of productivity and success.

After conducting an assessment, three priority topics are selected, an action plan for change is created, and an implementation date or dates are scheduled. Our personalized individual implementation support and coaching concludes with recommendations for the executive’s team.

This service includes our Discovery Call/Meeting, Pre-Assessment/Needs Analysis, customized agenda and content, gourmet a.m. coffee/tea, catered lunch, resource materials, TimeTimer, Six-Word Lessons to be More Productive book, monthly newsletter for ongoing learning, follow-up email, two 30-minute virtual accountability sessions and personal access to consultant support for 90 days with rapid response times.

We start the day with delivery of your preferred beverage, review of goals and priorities, and walk-through of your office, workspace, filing system and computer setup.

9:00 – 11:00
Unearth Your Desk and Clutter Clearing. We discuss an organized system (“SPACE”) for identifying and clearing clutter and establishing an efficient work environment. As we go through your desk and workspace to remove clutter we discuss and put in place effective strategies for preventing disorganization, a decision-making system and habits that help maintain workplace organization.

Quick Break and Refreshment

File Management. Next we apply our systemized approach to your paper filing system to eliminate unnecessary paper and organize your record keeping system for efficient access to action and reference files. We help you develop a system for keeping paper where it belongs and preventing excess paper from accumulating.

1:00 – 1:30
Lunch. We bring in lunch to help you refuel and be ready to tackle the rest of the afternoon.

1:30 – 2:30
Cross It Off The List. We discuss your values, goals, projects and tasks, focusing on discerning the differences between them. Together we strategize and customize a solution to help you effectively manage time, prioritize and complete the right tasks at the right time. We provide you with customized checklists for making 1 of 5 decisions and daily and weekly routines.

2:30 – 3:00
Help Me Rhonda. We discuss the benefits and strategies of effective delegation and provide you with a customized delegation checklist so that you can free up more your time and leverage the strengths of your team.

3:00 – 3:30
We’ve Got To Stop Meeting Like This. We discuss techniques you can leverage to ensure that meetings are relevant and productive. We provide a customized template for your meeting agendas.

3:30 – 4:00
Wrap-Up. We complete our day with a review of topics covered to address any questions and ensure that you have a SMART plan for moving forward with optimal organization and productivity. We schedule follow-up/accountability calls.

8:30 – 9:00
We start the day with delivery of your preferred beverage, review of goals and priorities, and “walk-through” of your email system and email habits.

9:00 – 10:30
Outlook Email Structure & Processing. Through demonstration and hands-on implementation, we set up customized time saving features and shortcuts to help you structure and manage your email with optimal efficiency. First we review and fine tune your email folder structure to help you leverage an effective email action and reference filing system. We may also review your digital record keeping system on your computer to ensure it aligns with your email filing system and create meaningful categories so you can find files quickly. Next we teach an effective decision-making system (Make one of 5 Decisions) for processing email quickly and efficiently. We review your use of notifiers and set up custom rules to reduce inbox clutter and minimize distractions.

10:30 – 10:45
Break and Refreshment

10:45 – 12:00
Outlook Time Savers. We continue customizing time saving features by creating quick steps and quick parts. We review email signatures and teach autocorrect so you can further customize your email. We make sure that you are leveraging distribution lists, delayed send and other time saving features. We provide you with a resource checklist of Outlook Tips & Tricks.

12:00 – 12:30
Lunch. We bring in lunch to help you refuel and be ready to tackle the rest of the afternoon.

12:30 – 2:00
Time and Task Management. We strategize and customize a solution to help you effectively manage time, prioritize and complete the right tasks at the right time. We demonstrate the benefits of using Outlook tasks to turn an email into a task you can schedule. We provide you with a time management log and customized checklists for making decisions and daily and weekly routines.

2:00 – 2:30
Email Effectiveness. We discuss and demonstrate strategies for communicating effectively with email: why and when to use email vs. other forms of communication, when not to use email, how to compose effective emails, and helpful abbreviations and shortcuts for saving time writing email.

2:30 – 3:00
