The Problem

Michele is a busy partner at her law firm who needed systems and training for the company’s employees. As a small company with a need for a new approach to organization and productivity, they were struggling to meet their business goals.

The Solution

Over the course of two years, we held a series of one-hour workshops designed to help the team simplify their work life. These group training workshops covered topics such as time management, email management, prioritization, and workspace organization. We also discussed strategies for having more productive meetings, better delegation and effective communication.

Beyond training, we regularly held one-on-one implementation sessions with each employee. We talked about their main challenges in being organized and productive and explored individualized ways they could make improvements.
