“Failing to plan is planning to fail.” – Alan Lakein
What does this mondern day proverb mean to you?
It’s important to take the time to plan. Spend a day stepping outside of the present to reflect, set goals, plan projects, and create action plans that will drive you forward. Every quarter, take a half or full day to review, reflect, reset and plan so you are poised to execute.
Debbie recently spent a day on a planning retreat:
I just spent a day on a planning retreat aboard a sailboat crossing the Puget Sound and at an inspirational, warm, venue on Bainbridge Island. I got a lot accomplished and feel inspired to move forward on a project that I was “stuck” on.
What goals to you have to set? What plans do you need to make? We want to know!
